Steam users online
Everyone signed in to Steam right now, and how many of them are in a game, as Valve counts them.
How it is calculated
Valve's own figures from its public stats page, read every 15 minutes. The 24-hour peak is the highest of our readings in the last 24 hours.

Caveats
- Valve's count, not ours. It includes people signed in but idle.
- Readings 15 minutes apart can miss the exact peak.
